How to Return a Hannesdottir Product

  • Call Hannedottir on 0800 355 239 between 9am and 4pm (NZ time) to inform us of your returning product or fill in the form below.
  • All pieces, parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
  • Please include details of when you purchased the product you are returning.
  • Please use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
